AdLib Sentinel is designed for corporate projects and web server applications. AdLib Sentinel allows individual or corporate users to manage and schedule the batch conversion of over 250 file types to PDF, with or without the native application. AdLib Sentinel has recently added native application support for Lotus WordPro and Lotus Freelance Graphics.

Simply set up a watched (input) folder and an output folder, files that arrive in the input folder are automatically converted to PDF and placed in the output folder. The folder conversion process includes the option to recurse (include sub folders). Enhanced scheduling capabilities allow users to schedule Sentinel to run during user-specified periods of time. Users can easily set the days and times they want AdLib Sentinel to monitor the input folder. AdLib Sentinel constantly monitors the input folder during the scheduled times and converts files to the output folder without the need for user intervention. Monitoring of the files in the input folder can be started and stopped at any time. AdLib Sentinel allows users to view documents, convert batches of documents to PDF, view and print the PDF files.

AdLib Sentinel has been recently updated to include even more advanced features that make managing files easier. Sentinel now includes file merging capabilities to convert multiple documents into a single PDF file. Users can now convert multiple PDF files into a single PDF file. In addition, users can now merge multiple files from multiple file types into a single PDF file.
